Usability of LrC after the end of a subscription

My dears,

 

I am considering purchasing the following product: https://www.amazon.de/Adobe-Photoshop-Lightroom-Jahreslizenz-Download/dp/B076JT5MX2/ref=ast_sto_dp_puis
However, it is important for me to know in advance what will happen to the LrC application if I do not continue my subscription. Will LrC remain fully usable on my desktop computer (without the CC functions, of course)?

When subscription ends, the Develop Module and Map Module and sycnronizing with the Adobe cloud will not work. However all of your work in LrC is still available, the Library Module still works completely, so for example you can export your edited photos properly, and search for them in the Library and even import new photos.
