Use of mask?

I have created a mask over a portion of my photograph. I would now like to colors the matched area to blend in better with the rest of the photograph. I am not sure to how Dark do that and could use some help. Please

How about a full screenshot, showing a lot more.

For example (with some info included):

And it looks like you take screenshots via a phone or camera. See the following for how to use the computer (MACOS in this case) to accomplish that:

or you could use a third party screen capture utility like PicPick

If you can, you may want to annotate your screenshot as to add words describing what you want accomplished. Or just add those in the reply.

After crafting a reply complete with screenshots and clicking on Post, I decided I was answering incorrectly. I conflated your issue with a misunderstanding of Mask Overlays, with a inquiry of color matching (tonality) . So I edited my reply stating Deleted, my bad. In other words my previous reply was just so so wrong. (I think)
