User Interface issue with Dual Screen on LrC 13.0.1

Question

I am running my MacBook Pro with MacOS Sonoma on a dual-screen layout. I have a larger monitor on the left and the screen of my laptop on the right (as in the System Settings below).

With the LrC window on my left display, In devellop mode, when I want to interact with an existing mask and right click on the dots next to the mask, the menu appears on the right screen (see image below).

Yes, this is happening for me too. In my case, I have two identical external monitors attached to an M1 mini. It started when I upgraded to Sonoma and had Lightroom Classic 12.5 at the time, and is still happening with LRC 13.0.

Something similar occurs if I have photos in a filmstrip filling the bottom of the screen, in both Library and Develop modes. When I right-click on the photo at the right edge, the menu opens on the second screen.
