V shortcut has stopped activating B&W but works to revert

Hiya,

So yeah, a weird one! Hitting v no longer activates b&w mode, so I have to use the mouse, but it works when I want to toggle it off.

Any ideas?

When the photo is in color, does the Settings menu show "V" next to the Convert To Black & White menu item?
