Versehentlich 40 000 ASA

Hello an Alle....ich habe da ein gravierendes Problem. Bedauerlicherweise habe ich versehentlich - ich war krank an diesem Tag einen Teil meiner Fotos mit 40000 ASA fotografiert, was teilweise natürlich furchtbar aussieht. Ich habe zum Glück die RAW und die JPEG Files. Ich probiere gerade mit Luminanz Rauschunterdrückung etc. da sie extrem grobkörnig sind, aber ganz flach machen geht ja auch nicht - sieht ja auch furchtbar aus. Welche Tipps hättet ihr für mich? Danke schon mal!

Hello All!  

Regrettably and accidentally I was taken part of my photos with 40,000 ASA - I was ill at that day - which sometimes looks terrible, of course. Fortunately I have the RAW and the JPEG files. I am currently trying out luminance noise reduction etc. because they are extremely coarse-grained, but flattening is also not possible - it also looks terrible. What tips would you have for me?
