Version 13 will not Start on IMac with Intel 7i chip

I read a bunch of posts about this latest version not allowing LrC to open, and I am having the same problem, but what is strange is that RIGHT after the update, 13 worked, and the new Denoise tool worked great, but I closed it after using it and came back to the tool last night but this time it failed to open.

I tried reinstalling it but that did not work.  Because I needed LrC I went back and installed version 12.2.1 and it worked. 

Last night I just tried Capture 1 and I got what I needed to get done, but I prefer LrC.  Please let me know when you have this fixed.  I cannot do what one person did and remove any file associated with Adobe and reinstall.  That is above my skill level.  I just need an update that will not be corrupted.
