Video Slideshow is stalling.........again

Please help.  I have photos due to clients tomorrow.  The video slideshow is stalling, I have had this problem before and was able to chat with an agent who quickly walking me through fixing it.  I had a great experience.  Now It keeps re-directing me only to the forums with no option to chat.  The previous fix was changing the name of the file: com.adobe.lightoomclassicc7.plist to com.adobe.lightroomclassicc.7oldplist I have been able to copy and paste this solution if I have had problems and now I am no longer able to fix it.

    Looks like Adobe added some complexity to getting to the chat. Get into customer support, select the product (Adobe Photoshop Lightroom), select an issue (for example troubleshooting), show me my contact options, chat.

    Slideshow stalling, in LR or from the exported slideshow?

      Thank you for the feedback.  I did try that and once I selected "troubleshoot" or another topic, the only option was to get on the group forum.  The chat option is no longer there.
