I have the following file structure for my Photographs

"2023 - 08 (Aug)" Master Folder

"2023.08.16" -  Date of pictures - Sub Folder

"RAW" - where I import all my raw photos to - Sub Sub Folder

once I have completed processing the phots I like to export them to a seperat folder to

"2023.08.16" Date of pictures - Sub Folder

"Final 2023.08.16" - Sub Sub Folder

when I go to to lightroom the "Final 2023.08.16" does not appear. I normaly then Synchronise folder or use the import function, but then I loose all the keywords,

I have tried "find missing folder" but this did not find the folder

It feels like this would work for you.

If you configure your Export dialog like this, it will create the folder and add the Exported files back to the existing catalog. You would just need to supply the date after Final.

sorry I am not I understand you correctly
when I export, I chose the final folder with date "Final 2023.08.20", but
that folder does not appear in lightroom
Am I missing a step during the export process
