Visualize Spots Slider not appearing

I am using LrCC 12.3 Release and have been reviewing Kost's v12 video on "Discover How to Use the Clone ... "

However, when her screen shows a Tool Overlay below the image that has the "Visualize Spots" slider, my screen shows no toolbar portion below the image.  I have attached a screenshot showing this condition.  AS you cansee, the "A" shortcut does take me to the B&W image, but there is no slider to control the amount.

Also, her screen shows the tool overlay heading below the image, a "Never" checkbox, and the slider.  None of this shows in my situation.

Is there a check box I have missed somewhere?

Most of the "Answers" that I have reviewed refer to tapping the "T" key to shows the toolbar, but in my case nothing happens.

Try restarting Lightroom, if that doesn't help, try restarting your computer.

If pressing T still doesn't make the toolbar appear, reset the preferences.

Go to Edit > Preferences > General.

Press the Alt key, and a button labelled Reset all preferences and relaunch will appear, click it.

There is no screenshot accompanying your message. I'm sure you are aware that the clone tool or the healing brush tool must be selected for the "visualize spots" option to be visible in the toolbar. I'm using LrC 12.3 on Windows 11 and it is there on my computer. Can you post the screenshot that you intended to include in your original message?
