Vous avez atteint la limite d'appareils activés

Bonjour, 

Je possède un ordinateur de bureau et un portable (Windows) sur lesquels Lightroom CC est installé.

Depuis aujourd'hui, j"ai le message au lancement de Lightroom CC sur mon portable "Vous avez atteint la limite d'appareils activités". Or j'utilise toujours le même portable, celui-ci est bien répertorié mais Lightroom ne le reconnait plus, il détecte un nopuovel appareil au lancement.

Remove the laptop in that dialog and then log into again.

I'll help you figure this out. Do you use an antivirus or a VPN that can change how your computer connects to the internet?

 

If you can deactivate the two machines in the dialogue from the given option to Sign out, you should be able to activate the current instance as a normal activation.

If that does not work, try these steps:

  • In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.

  • Go to Task Manager & force stop any other Adobe-related processes & the process called 'Adobe IPC Broker' has to be closed after all the other tasks are closed.

  • Windows - Press Windows + R to open Run Dialogue > enter %TEMP% > Click on OK.

     

  • Delete any files or folders with 'NGL' in their names.
  • Restart the computer
  • Sign in to Creative Cloud again & launch Lightroom again and let me know if the issue exists.

Merci de votre aide. La première solution proposée a été efficace. J'ai supprimé la première référence de mon ordinateur portable dans le logiciel, il a été immédiatement reconnu. Salutations.
