Want to do a fresh install of OS 'cause I'm selling my 2014 iMac ...

My iMac has a 1TB Fusion drive. I want to do a fresh install of the OS (Big Sur), ie as if nobody had ever used the machine before. I want to make sure none of my personal stuff is on the drive when I sell it. What's the best way to go about this? Thanks!

Be sure if there is any Adobe software that you use Adobe Creative Cloud to uninstall and then log out of that machine.
