Warning about Cloud being full.

Question

I got the 20GB subscription. Since a long time I get warnings about it being full. I have tried everything suggested on your site. Including looking for files on the computer. Have only two photos when I check. My son previously used the other seat when I had the subscription that included Illustration.  Could it be that big files are left from that? Kindly Mikael Wester

In various Adobe software, including Photoshop and Illustrator, there is the option presented of storing files in the cloud rather than restricting those to a particular local drive. It is also possible to set CC to sync copies of files held in a certain local folder, into the cloud: so that they are both backed up, and available to get to from a different computer. All of this consumes cloud storage allowance and this can be reviewed using the Creative Cloud desktop app, when signed in by the Adobe user concerned.

Those files will naturally remain behind, regardless of an All Apps subscription associated with this same user having since lapsed.
