Watermark error after using new denoise feature

Hi there, after using the new denoise feature in 12.3 on a raw image, I'm unable to export to .jpg with a watermark. The error is: "Some export options were not performed. Watermarking failed."

Is the only option to adding a watermark after using this new feature to export to .jpg or .png, import into photoshop, then place a watermark? I hope not.

Using Mac OS 13.3.1

Thanks so much!

ugh - do I ever feel like a knob.

This issue was caused b/c of an upgrade to my DropBox settings - I moved a number of folders to cloud only and my watermark graphics were in one of these folders. After changing the setting back to local, the issue was resolved.

I appreciate input and my apologies for any time wasted.

Glad you got it resolved.  LR should have issued a perspicuous error message, e.g. "Couldn't access watermark graphic at <file path>".  LR's error messages are in general not very helpful.

To troubleshoot this issue:

1. Select one of the problem denoised DNGs, do Metadata > Save Metadata To File, and upload that DNG to Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar and post the sharing link here.

2. Do Edit Watermarks, select the problem watermark, and post a full-resolution screenshot (not a phone pic) of the entire window (resize it so that we can see all the settings).

3. If it's a graphic watermark (a PNG or JPG), attach the graphic here.

4. Do the menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire output here.

I am unable to replicate this using LrC 12.3 on Mac 13.3.1 using either a text or a graphical watermark on a Denoise image. Moving from bugs to discussions.
