What do I do to stop receiving emails of other Members' discussions?

After posing a question (and receiving replies) I am now receiving the questions and answers of other Members.

What do I do to stop receiving those emails please?

Hi Cliff,

Look at the thread, and you'll see in the sidebar "Following in ^v 1"

Click that, and in the pop up, click "stop following."

I tried your tip Michael but, unfortunately, it didn't do the trick.

However I've managed to solve the problem by accessing the Forum Preferences and unticking the email boxes.
