Question

What PC specs are most important for LR performance?

I was reading some older posts about how GPU really doesn't matter much for LR speed.  Someone also said that HDD vs SSD doesn't matter a whole lot, either.  So, I'm just curious, what should I look for in a PC if I want max performance for LR?

Running Win10, LR 6 standalone, 1920x1200 res.  Mainly processing D850 images (large files)

Thanks!

See Recommended Systems for Adobe Lightroom Classic CC and look at the links to their articles like hardware recommendations. Even if you are not in the US, I think this is useful.

Thanks.  I see those are the minimum, but I was more curious what component would create the most noticeable difference in speed, specifically in the develop module.  From what I'm reading, it sounds like CPU speed is one of the most important things?

My current setup is shown below.  It seems to handle things reasonably well, but I was just wondering if there was any one upgrade that would make a noticeable difference, or am I already at a level where LR isn't going to perform much better regardless of what I add?

GPU is Nvidia GTX1060 3GB

Launch lightroom, and click on Help, then System Information, then copy, paste that into your reply.

Also, is this a desktop or a laptop?

If it is a desktop, describe your internal hard drives.  How many, what types? More than one as to relocate catalogs to it instead of boot drive? More than one as to relocate Camera RAW CACHE to a drive other than boot drive? Any of them Solid State?
