When creating a saved print Lightroom reorders the images

I have set up a collection and right click to create a print. I have the images on my custom page set up in the print module. When I create the saved print LRC re-orders the photos. I want the quote on the left and the image on the right but I get the opposite in the saved print.

Also my create saved print button has disappeared and I have to use my mouse and right click to get to the option to create a saved print.

Any suggestions how I can solve this most welcome
