When update is required for AI generative removes, the result is changed v 14.0.1

Sometimes (I couldn't identify why) an update is required for AI generative removes (red dot belo the icon).

When using "updating all" button, the result is changed and person or object is added instead of keeping the previous result, which was adequate.

1) I don't understand why such update is required

2) I would expect the modified image would remain as it was performed previously (adequate version) and not reinterpreted again.

I work now with v 14.0.1 (I do not remember whether it was also the case with v13.3 or not).
