when will Lightroom fully take advantage of new MBP 15 GPU and Touch Bar?

Have been using Lightroom with the new 2016 Macbook Pro 15" with Touch Bar.

However, I haven't noticed any significant speed improvements compared to my 15" MBP from 2013.  For example rendering 1:1 Previews is essentially the same speed.  Does this have to do with Lightroom needing to be updated to take advantage of the new GPU?  Also when will Touch Bar be incorporated into Lightroom?
