Question

Where can I find the 12.5 version for mac os?

Hi everyone, I'm using a Mac with High Sierra and AVX graphics (not AVX2), Sequoia 15.7.3 operating system. I'm currently trying to install Lightroom Classic. I have an annual subscription, and from CC I can't download version 12.5, which I understand is the most recent compatible version. Where can I find an installer? Honestly, I've had more problems than anything else with Adobe, and I'd also like to know if it's possible to file a complaint, given that it's impossible to use the product.

Thanks to anyone who responds.

Bye,

Romeo

From the Creative Cloud Desktop App you can only install 15 and 14  versions of LrC (N and N-1).

The only option for v12 is to find a Support agent in a chat and request a download.

Forum posts suggest that some agents refuse (quoting the N and N-1 rules), while others may be helpful.

You will need to prove your subscription (be signed into the forum and chat with your current ID.)

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .
