Where is History

I've noticed, for a while now, that the History tab doesn't show all edit stages. The Import date and time is at the bottom of the list like in pic 1, pic 2 shows some but not all of the edits, pic 3 shows nothing despite edits have been made. How do I find the missing info?

Were the missing history steps performed prior to your upgrade to LR 12? Several people have reported that the upgrade lost some or all history steps:

If you haven’t tried this already, another possible solution is to choose File > Optimize Catalog, in case the History problem is related to inconsistencies in the catalog database.
