Some how there was SUDDENLY a feature where i could hover

the mouse over the thumbnail or window in Library panel, and

the second monitor preview at 1:1 would show a hovering, so

just tiny movements of the mouse made it really easy to pan

all over the image in the 1:1 monitor.  And SUDDENLY I've

losst that feature.  I dont see any menu item for that.

Can some one please direct me?  Thanks.

If bhousto90 is correct about what you want, and it sounds like they are, the menu item that corresponds to the clickable Live option on your secondary display is:

Window > Secondary Display > Loupe - Live

In the top right corner of your 2nd montor view there are 3 options Normal/Live/Locked

Select "Live" to get the panning action you want. (You may have to click on the small triangle at the top of the screen if the top menu area is hidden.)
