Why do my videos have the wrong time?

Question

First, I will state that I am not sure if this is a Lightroom Classic problem, or a camera problem. But, I ask here for starters.

Lightroom Classic 10.2, Windows 10

When I go out to shoot with my new Nikon Z 6ii, I shoot a combination of videos and RAW (NEF) images. Then I get home and import these videos and RAW images into Lightroom Classic. The RAW images have the correct time (so I believe I have set the time correctly in the camera). But my videos always show a time that is four hours later than the actual time. Is this caused by the camera? Is this caused by Lightroom Classic? And how do I fix this? (In other words, I want to prevent this from happening, I know I can change the capture time in LrC after I do the import, but I want to not have to do this and have the videos have the correct time without me needing to do an adjustment)

This is a known problem, caused by poorly designed standards. There is no solution that does not require you to make adjustments yourself. See also here.

The problem still exists . Dont understand that the file-time is changed when the video is shown in LRC. Adobe must change this asap.
