Why does the Lightroom app stop working when I click sync settings, no matter what I do?

After I used the available colors in the refresh, I pressed sync for other photos, and my app stopped working, but my computer continued to use other apps simultaneously as normal.

    First thing I would try is upgrading to the current Lightroom Classic version 15.3

      Ok, earlier you said you had an older version of LrC.

      Lightroom (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)? What version NUMBER? What operating system and version NUMBER?

        Lightroom Classic ver 13.5window 11 ver 25h2 My app stops every time I tap "preset" and then sync it to one or more photos; the app freezes and I can't close it normally, I can only close it through the task manager.
