Why is the Develop Preset always Custom?

If I import raw files into Classic CC and look at the Develop Preset drop-down in Quick Develop it is always set to Custom. What does this mean? Where does it come from? Is this a preset created by LR for each image? Thanks.

    Hi Bazsl,

The Develop preset in the Quick develop setting automatically gets applied to the image once it is edited in the Develop or Library module. If you'd like to go back to original settings, you may always go back and select the "Default settings" from the same drop down menu.

See Use the Quick Develop panel in Lightroom Classic CC for more info on how to work with Quick develop panel in Lightroom.
