Why some data entered into the Lightroom "Edit Settings" screen fails to publish to SmugMug

I am a regular user of LR Classic, and publish via the LR SmugMug plugin to SmugMug. Perhaps due to running on the latest OS Ventura, the latest SmugMug plugin, and the latest LR version I am encountering a problem where data entered into the LR "Edit Gallery" page is not always publishing to the Meta gallery settings in SmugMug. Attached is the screenshot of the LR Edit Gallery screen, and a screenshot of the SmugMug Settings Gallery where the data should reside after publishing from LR.  For example, If only the description field is published, it may, or may not appear in SmugMug. If the Keywords are entered without the description, or are modified after the description was published, they do not appear in SmuMug. In another example, I published new photos with the keywords, and no description, and niether the images nor the keywords appeared in SmugMug.

I ran the following tests in test galleries without any photos....

Test 1

I included both a description, and keywords. In the LR Edit Gallery screen, both were published. We must consider that normally I paste the contents of each field separately which requires hitting the edit button after each paste to save the pasted info, In this case, I pasted the description, and simply added random keywords  to create the scenario without intermediate publishing by hitting Edit.

Test 2

I added the description only and it was published.

I then reverted to LR Edit Gallery, and pasted the keywords. After publishing, on viewing test 2 in the SM Settings screen, the keywords were absent.

Test 3

This time I pasted only the keywords, in the LR Edit Gallery screen, and the entire test gallery failed to publish.

Note 1: VPN was not activated (and I have tried with VPN on)

2: To ensure that images did not impact the problem, no images were included in these tests.

LR version 12.2.1

SM Plugin version 3.4.1.0

Apple Ventura 13.3.1

MacBook M1 Pro

I am currently out of country, in Mexico, and wonder if not being in my home country is related to the issue, albeit this has not been a problem earlier during  this time in Mexico, ie. could Content Barrier be blocking LR perhaps impacted by the latest updates.

Adobe Support has reviewed all my LR settings, and LR programs, and all are up to date.

Any suggestiond would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you for your suggestions regarding the fields in Lightroom Publisher (SmugMug). My existing setup mirrors yours, so unfortunately I have not yet discovered a fix

In LrC, in the Publish Services panel, open the SmugMug service. Inspect what you have setup. Several sections to look at, including the Sync, and the Metadata.
