Why? [Unable to open Panasonic TZ100 Raw files in Lightroom]

I have a simple question... And I get so tired of going through all these pages where you are directing me to.....

One simple question, can be answered within a minute. Instead I am busy, more than 15 minutes, trying to keep my patience, going through all these internet pages, looking for an answer I can not find.....Pfffffff

The question? Why does LR 6 not support RW2. The Panansonic TZ100 is more than 90 days on the market!

    Support was added for that camera in Lightroom 6.5. That is three updates ago. What version are you running? Are you keeping up to date?

    The Panansonic TZ100 is more than 90 days on the market!

    The TZ100 was actually released in Jan 2016.

    As JimHess​ said, support was first added in the Lightroom 6.5 update, released March 2016.

    It does but the version you have installed is probably old. LR is up to 6.8. What version is installed on your system.
