win32 API error 126- I can't see Lightroom classic cc library module

I had an installation error when I installed LR.

I can use PR and PS normally but I don't know why the installation was wrong.

And I found that I couldn't install visual c++ 2010 x64 an visual c++ x86.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
