Win32 API error 2 ("The system cannot find the file specified.") when calling ShellExecuteExW from A

Question

I have a problem with output from the JeffreyFriedl plugin Listview. I get the error message Win32 API error 2 ("The system cannot find the file specified.") when calling ShellExecuteExW from AgWorkspace.shellExecute.
I reistalled the plugin (resulting in the loss of my prescription) but the error remains. 
This same error message was mentioned 10 years ago, but the solution then given does not work in this case.

The Listview plugin is authored and actively maintained by @john beardsworth (not Jeffrey Friedl), an active participant here. Send him an email or forum private message, and he will likely help.
