Window bigger than screen

Hi, I really can even use the app due to this weird bug - some of windows appear bigger than screen. Is there any way to resize Lightroom app?

You can close the Preferences window by hitting the Enter key (which invokes the OK button) or Escape (which invokes the Cancel button).

Make sure that Preferences > Interface > Font Size is Small:
