Wrong color displayed

The thumbnail in the upper left has the correct color. LR-Classic is in develop mode. In fullscreen mode, the colors are also correct. I exported a JPEG, also with correct colors. It's just the develop module.  The 600Mb TIFF file is too big for here, so I'll leave it on Google Drive for a few days. Let me know when you've downloaded it so I can remove it. Thanks.

The colors are identical in my LR 12.4, PS 24.6.0, and the Preview app on Mac OS 13.4 / Apple M2 Max (see screenshot below).

As described by Axel above, the two most common causes for blatant color mismatch between Develop and Library and other apps are a buggy graphics driver and a defective or incompatible display profile.

As recommended by Axel Matt above, quickly test for problems with the display profile by temporarily assigning the sRGB profile to your display. The link Axel provided has way-out-of-date instructions for Mac (Lightroom Queen is fixing it soon). See here for almost-up-to-date instructions for Mac OS 13:

You can partially test for a buggy graphics driver by setting Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor to Off.  The Radeon Pro 580 is 6 years old, and AMD may not be prioritizing bug fixes for it.

"The 600Mb TIFF file is too big for here"

Why can't you resave it as jpeg at a smaller size? The wonky colours will be the same.

If you read the complaint, you'll notice that there is no problem with thumb nails, full screen *or* JPEG exports. The _only_ way to demonstrate it was with a screen capture.

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

If thi deosn't help try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

If this also doesn't help, plaes cherck your monitor profile.

This is a one-off problem. I've never seen it with any other image. A am assuming that Adobe would like to fix the problem. For me, I don't care unless it crops up with other photos. I've exported the JPEG to the person I needed to. get it to. (Some yokel doesn't believe there's enough space to install an 8X8 box on my garage wall.)
