wrong link to webclient when clicking the link in sync tab

When I open up the "edit / settings / lightroom sync" tab I get an overview of elements to sync and download.

If it's downloading, it's usually presenting a clickable link to LR web for this photo. Recently I noticed this link is generated falsely and get's me to a "We’re sorry, but Adobe Lightroom is temporarily offline."

Guess what it's not and working perfectly fine an I can view that photo if I login into LR web normally.
