Wrong LR Classic Catalog syncing to Mobile LR

Hey I had a Lightroom CC catalog syncing to mobile and then moved the catalog to Lightroom Classic but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the LR Mobile sync to sync to the Classic catalog (even though it says it's all synced in the desktop app). 

I've tried to login and out of the LR mobile app, I have also uninstalled the app but it's still syncing to the old catalog. 

Please help!
