"Zoomed to fill" mages change position within their cell once "print to file" is completed.

After creating a grid of images in the Print module and selecting Zoom to fill, I slightly reposition each zoomed image within its cell to best show the image content for each photo.  However, once I "Print to file" and open the resulting JPG, the images are not in the positions that Lightroom Classic shows.
