Zooming in doesn't work in Smart Preview

Using the smart preview option in preferences. Up until a couple of weeks ago I could zoom in to load the full original image detail, but now zooming in stays in smart preview.

Normally this happens when the original is offline, so the smart preview is all Lightroom has.

I've noticed that, but it's online and has access to the file.

If you look at the upper left corner of your video when you zoom in, you'll see the zoom toggles between FIT and some custom zoom ratio. What happens if you click on 100% in between these two?
