Зернистость фото jpg

Такая проблема: редактирую raw, экспортирую как jpg. И при отправке через телеграм, фото становятся очень шумными. При этом, если отправлять как файл т все норм. И вроде в тг дело, однако если без лайтрума отправлять, то все норм. Как это можно поправить? Для примера, одно и то же фото после тг, одно как файл отправлялось другое как фото:

    These files are quite noisy,  and the noise also seems to have received sharpening. (view at 100% to evaluate noise and sharpness)

    When sharpening the raw file in LrC, use the Masking slider  to protect out of focus areas from being sharpened. Press the Alt key when dragging the slider to see the effect. White areas will be sharpened, black areas will be protected.

    You can also use the DeNoise function, or reduce the noise with the  Luminance slider under Manual noise reduction in Develop.

    If you apply Output sharpening in the Export dialog, try using a low setting, like Sharpen for screen > Low.
