一段時間就無法繼續編輯

每個步驟雲標誌都進行同步,但不知道為什麼一段時間,就如同圖一樣,無法繼續編輯!可否改善

 

 

 

不改善就等於不穩定!那不穩定!我們這些需要此用商品又有何價值!

Thank you for contacting us.  That error message means that Lightroom Mobile does not have access to the image or necessary metadata.  Because Lightroom Mobile cloud status shows sync is complete, this makes me guess that you might have imported the images on another app like Lightroom Desktop (Mac or Windows)?  If so, are you sure Lightroom Desktop has completed syncing the images to the cloud storage?

 

If you sign into your same account at https://lightroom.adobe.com/, are you able to work with your image there? 

Do you see a folder called "Sync Issues?"  If so, what are some of the error messages shown inside Sync Issues?
