Please offer a feature where we can see images that are being uploaded to the cloud. I've had 1 image pending for months and I don't know what image it is. if we could perhaps view the image that is still uploading we can manually view it and it'd back up?

If you check http://lightroom.adobe.com/ you should see a section on the left that says Sync Issues, and you will hopefully see the photo with the problem.
