1 TB free - Message 'nearly full', not removable

Hello,

from yesterday on in all LR apps there is a big unremovable sign that my cloud space would be nearly full and I should upgrade it fast to prevent difficulties.

The truth is that I got 5 TB cloud space. In use are 4 TB. It it correct that there are only 20 % free but in this case 20 % are 1 complete TB.

I think it is pretty easy to calculate how many photos and how much time a normal person needs to fill 1 TB. I think more space isn't needed very urgent.

So, how can these not very smart big yellow signs be removed until it is really urgent?

Thank you!

    Hi Ludger,

Sorry to hear that you're seeing nearly full message, could you please check here and see if there are any unwanted files here?

    Adobe Creative Cloud

Also make sure to check the "Deleted" tab and see if emptying the Deleted tab helps with the issue.

    Regards,
    Sahil

    Hi Sahil,

    thank you for answering!

My cloud files are a few MB only. When I look there I see 4,1 TB in use.

Isn't there a percentage calculated? Less than 20 % free causes a warning?

If so will Adobe fix it? Less than 100 GB would be ok, I think. A warning at nearly 1 TB free is too much, I will see it for a long time.

    Thank you!

    Regards,
