10枚以上程度の枚数から一部の画像の書き出しが「不明なエラー, DSCF0000.RAF (value)」で失敗する

10〜数百枚の画像をRAWからJPEG、AVIFで書き出しをすると、一部の書き出しが失敗し一度にすべてを書き出せません。

 

キャプチャは、15枚ほど選択した状態で書き出したときですが、2枚失敗しています。これは個別で書き出しをすれば成功しますが、時には100枚以上が不明なエラーで書き出しに失敗し、何度もファイル選択をし直して書き出し直す必要があり非常に不便です(そしてその書き出し直しでも何度も数枚が失敗します)

 

When exporting 10 to several hundred images from RAW to JPEG or AVIF, some exports fail, so I can’t export them all at once.

The screenshot shows a situation where I selected about 15 images to export, but two of them failed. While exporting them individually works fine, sometimes over 100 images fail to export due to an unknown error, forcing me to repeatedly reselect the files and re-export them—which is extremely inconvenient (and even during these re-exports, a few images still fail repeatedly).

    Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the detailed System Info. Sorry for the trouble with the intermittent export failures. To help us narrow this down, could you please share a few more details?

    • Where are you exporting the files to: the internal drive, an external drive, or a network/cloud-synced location?
    • Where are the original RAW files stored?
    • Does the issue occur with both JPEG and AVIF exports, or is one format affected more frequently?
    • What is the exact error message shown when the images fail to export? A screenshot of the error would be helpful.
    • Does the issue occur if you export the same images to a new folder on the internal drive, such as the Desktop?
    • Are you applying any specific resize, output sharpening, metadata, or other export settings?
    • If possible, please share a short screen recording showing the complete export workflow and the resulting error.
    • Please share a few sample RAW files that consistently reproduce the problem.

     

    These details should help us determine whether the issue is related to particular files, export settings, the destination, or larger batch exports.

    外部ドライブの書き出しを主に行っていますが、内蔵ドライブへの書き出しでも同様に発生します。場所に関わらず発生します。

     

    元のRAWファイルの場所にかかわらず発生します。Lightroomでの表記は「クラウドに同期/バックアップ済み」、「ローカル 元画像 - RAF」「クラウド 元画像 - RAF」のものが大半です。

     

    JPEG, AVIFの両方のエクスポートで発生し、どちらを選んでも悪化や改善はしません。その他のエクスポート設定を変更しても改善や悪化はしません。同様にこの問題が発生します。寸法(フルサイズ vs カスタム), 画質(70~100%)によりません。透かし設定は使用していません

     

    エクスポート失敗時のキャプチャは既に添付しているものがすべてです。他のパターンはありません。この問題は常に「不明なエラー」、「{ファイル名} (value)」とだけ表示します。

     

    一貫した問題が発生するRAWファイルはありません。同じRAWファイルでも問題が起きるときと起きないときがあります。多くの枚数を同時にエクスポートして失敗したRAWも、個別でエクスポートすると問題が起きないこともありますし、2枚だけエクスポートしても2枚とも問題が発生し何も書き出せないこともあります。

    Hi ​@Noko381363570h3e, thanks for all the information! Let's try a few more things:

    1. Export in Smaller Batches: Instead of exporting a large batch of images, try exporting in smaller groups (e.g., 5-10 images at a time) to see if this reduces the occurrence of errors.

    2. Verify File Integrity: Check the RAW files for any corruption. Sometimes, specific files may cause export failures. You can try exporting files individually to identify any problematic images.

    3. Clear Cache: Clear the Lightroom cache. Sometimes, a full cache can cause performance issues. You can do this by going to Preferences > Performance and clicking on Purge Cache.

    4. Change Export Settings: Experiment with different export settings. For example, try exporting as JPG instead of AVIF, and vice versa, to see whether one format is more stable.

    5. Check Disk Space: Ensure that you have sufficient disk space on the export destination drives. Lack of space can lead to export failures.

    If none of these steps work, can you please send a screen recording of what you're seeing, your export settings, and list any recurring themes you see with this issue? We need as much information as possible to reproduce it. I hope this helps! ^CH

    522枚を選択した書き出しのうち149枚が失敗するケースもあります。
