Hello,

I have started having error messages when using Lightroom and Acrobat. “Error 10000, unable to connect to the server” type message, when my connection is on and other apps to operate (InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge).

I am using a Mac running on Sequoia 15.7.5.
I am (trying) to use Lightroom 15.3

Thanks you for your help solving this problem which is really blocking me professionally.

    Hi @Baptiste L ,

Thanks for sharing the details. Error 10000 is often related to account authentication or network connectivity. Please try the following:

    • Confirm your Adobe ID
Make sure you're signed in with the Adobe ID linked to your active subscription.

    • Check your internet connection
Ensure you're on a stable network. If you're using a VPN or proxy, disable it and try again.
You can also test using a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot).

    • Sign out and back in to Creative Cloud Desktop
      Open Creative Cloud Desktop
Go to Account > Sign Out
      Restart your Mac
Launch Creative Cloud Desktop again and sign back in with your Adobe ID

After signing back in, open one of the affected apps and check if the error still appears. If the issue persists, let us know. We’re here to help!
