2019 Lightroom CC sync ridiculously slow

After I import my photos into LR CC, they take a ridiculously long time to sync to the cloud. For example, yesterday, I had a batch of 150 photos to sync, and 12 hours later, only 34 of them have uploaded. It's not a slow internet issue... I have quite fast upload speeds, but I only experience issues with LR CC. I have tried to research to see if others have experienced this same issue, and was able to find a few posts on this forum, however, they were from 2 years ago and provided no resolution. 

Is anyone else experiencing this? I need a quick turnaround to push images to clients, and I like the Adobe photo sharing platform, but this unusable for anything more than a handfull of images.
