4 lightroom catalogue folders dissapeared but photos are in all photographs catalogue

Yesterday Lightroom crashed whilst working on an HDR image then when I re opened the program 4 of my lightroom folders, the most recent ones have dissapeared, not missing.

when I check under the main catalogue / all Photographs they are still there.

How do I retrieve the folders?
