7-Zip causes crashes in Lr & LrC

On my new laptop with windows11 24h2, LR keeps crashing on the start up phase.

With log:"<crash exception="EXCEPTION_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION" exceptionCode="0xc000001d" instruction="0x000000002041C2D7">"

Only v14 has this problem, v13 was working well.

After 2 weeks' struggling, finally find out it is cause by 7-zip.

After uninstall 7-zip, everything is working now.

Finally find out it's because of a dll from Astrill VPN.

It is very strange that LR is normal when only Astrill is installed, and if 7-zip is installed, LR will crash。

My solution now is to use a script to rename this dll first, start LR, and then change the name of the dll back.
