A book to learn photo editing and Lightroom

Hello,

Im am french and I have to find for Christmas a book in english to learn how to use photo editing and Lightroom for a learner. She doesn't want to learn on the web site but with a paper book. Could you give me an advice : which current book (up to date) is the best for that ?

I would highly recommend the books by Victoria Bampton, The Lightroom Queen. They are well written and very comprehensive. They have everything you need to know about Lightroom. I refer to them myself quite often.

      Hello Rick,

      I have followed your advice, bought the books, and I think she is going to be very happy ! Than you again.

       

      She is asking an other paper book for Christmas... Learn how to take beautiful pictures (always in english).

      Do you have an other tip for me ? She has a Canon EOS 50D - 70-200 mm (see files attached).
