Absturz beim Bearbeiten von Bildern (amdxc64.dll)

Question

Jedes Mal wenn ich an meinem Windows 10 PC (64-Bit) Bilder auf der Lightroom bearbeite stürzt Lightroom ab. Entweder es schließt sich einfach, es reagiert nicht mehr oder es öffnet sich eine Fehlermeldung (Sorry, an error occured; Error Report for "Adobe Lightroom"). Außerdem wird beim Bearbeiten auch nichts mehr mit der Cloud synchronisiert.

Ein Freund von mir hat herausgefunden, dass die Datei "amdxc64.dll" am Absturz beteiligt ist.

Eine Neuinstallation hat nichts gebracht, alle Treiber sind auf dem neusten Stand, der PC ist stark genug, um Lightroom laufen zu lassen. Auch ein Herabsetzen auf eine ältere Version war nutzlos.

What version of Lightroom & the operating system are you working on?

Going by the name of the DLL, there are around two things.

1—Faulty RAM module or an issue with how the RAM is being utilized. You can try searching with just amdxc64.dll, and you'll find a bunch of crash reports while gaming, which, like Lightroom, is a resource-intensive task.

2—You're using an AMD GPU adapter. Sometimes, AMD's latest drivers are not the best, and they offer a 'recommended' version that is relatively stable.
