Accessing Lightroom Photos

Question

I have both lighroom C, Lightroom and Pgotoshop. I load photos into lightroom and they are synced. When I load Lightroom CC i cannot see these photos to work on. I can see them in photoshop. Can you explain how I can access the photos loaded into lightroom? - apologies most probably asked about this hundreds of times.
