Accessing preset

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to access my presets I purchased. I have a Google pixel and I'm not that tech savvy but for the love. I have the rs file app, zip app, PDF app and lightroom just keeps saying I need to allow everything and I have done that. Please help!!

    I'm don't use a Pixel and don't know how it aligns with Android devices but depending on what format the Presets are, you could try this (ift hey are in a zip or are XMP)....

    If they are DNG files, you will have to import these as images into Lightroom and Create Preset from them.
