Accidentally deleted photos from iCloud, now they’re gone from LR too

Help!! I deleted a several photos from iCloud, thinking they'd still be in LR as they have been in the past.  But now, they're nowhere to be found! They're not in the trash folder in Google photos, my camera roll, or in LR recently deleted. 
I'm missing the entire month of August 😔

Deleting from iCloud should not delete from Lightroom if you are deleting from the iOS Photos app. In the recent release of Lightroom Mobile though you can now delete from the Photos app direct from Lightroom......

so I guess the first question would be, how did you delete them?

 

Also, do you normally manually import into Lightroom or do you have Auto Import turned on?


Plus, what is the connection with Google Photos? Or did you mention that because you checked there just in case?
