Active School Account not Renewing Properly

I am a current second year student at college. I have multiple adobe apps in use via the school I go to. However when I go to lightroom, it says my subscription has ended and I have to re-new it.

 

 

 

 

 - I click the "renew" button and a message pops up saying it's renewed and "Lightroom is ready for you to use"

 

- When I click "ok" it closes the window and lightroom still has a "edit is disabled as your subscription has ended." And asks me to hit the "renew button again."

 

I uninstalled lightroom and re-installed it

I logged out of my school account on adobe and re-logged in. 

None of these made it worked. But After Effects and Premire Pro are working just fine.

An IT team or Administrative body handles your Educational subscription. Please check with your institution's IT/administration to understand the entitlements available through their licensing agreement.
