Add a Remove/Replace switch to Gen AI feature

The Gen AI tool should contain a switch (Replace / Remove) to clean state the intent of replacing or removing the selected area: currently it's a hit & miss when you want to only remove the object instead of replacing it.

This is a remove tool only. It’s not supposed to replace an object by a new object. If it does, it’s usually because you left traces of the object you wanted to remove, like its shadow or a reflection.
